How to Setup a Print File for Mail Merged Addresses?
In this video, I will show you how to set up an envelope file with mail merge. We will be creating a 7.25 by 5.25 envelope using Canva and adding a template. Then, we will input the necessary information into Google Sheets, such as first name, last name, city, province, and postal code. It is important to keep each piece of information separate. Once the spreadsheet is complete, we will download it as an Excel file. Finally, we will upload both the Excel file and the PDF print file to complete the mail merge envelope order.
How Can I Print My Envelopes for Specific Addresses?
Easy! Just select “Mail Merge Addresses” in the list of options above before placing your order and send your list of addresses to hello@littlerockprinting.com as an Excel spreadsheet. We’ll merge the addresses onto the envelopes so that they’re ready to go as soon as you receive them.
Can I Buy Envelopes without a Design on Them?
Yes! Buying blank envelopes from Little Rock Printing™ is easy. Just choose “Blank Envelopes – No Printing” from the “Printing Options” menu before completing your order, and we’ll create beautiful blank envelopes for you in the paper style you selected.
I Want a Custom Print on My Envelopes—How Should I Send My Design Files?
For best results, send us a hi-res PDF with:
- ⅛” bleed
- Outlined fonts
- CMYK colors (use Spot PMS instead if trying to print Pantone colors)
If your design requires specific colors, we strongly recommend ordering a proof before printing in volume.
How Do I Order Proofs?
Easy—we don’t have a minimum order size, so you can just place an order for a single envelope and make sure it’s what you want before ordering the rest! Use the code “FREEPROOF” at checkout to get a free sample of what your design will look like. We also offer a free hard-copy proof at checkout for orders over $100.
For best results, order a free paper sample kit at the same time as your proof. This will allow you to compare the materials used for your print with other options we offer.
